Command Center — Terms of Service and End-User License

1. Who we are and what this covers

Provided by Keep Investments Simple Stupid, Inc., 2202 S Figueroa St. #437, Los Angeles CA 90007. Governs users accessing ops.mykiss.net, drive.mykiss.net, partner.mykiss.net, and Mission Control. Contact: marco@kissinvestments.co.

2. Subscribers and users

Signed Contract of Services (File 01) governs subscriber relationships and overrides these general terms if a conflict arises. Minimum user age is 18 years.

3. Safety in the field

Drivers and operators MUST NOT handle phones while driving or operating heavy equipment. Taps must occur when safely stopped.

4. Text Messages

Opt-in required. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of employment. Mobile numbers are never shared for marketing.

5. QuickBooks & Third Parties

Connecting third-party apps is governed by respective provider agreements. Owners can disconnect QuickBooks in Command Center at any time. Intuit is not responsible for Command Center.

6. Warranty Exclusions & Liability Caps

Service provided "as is". Total liability to non-paying end users is capped at $100. Subscriber liability limits are governed by the Contract of Services.

7. Not Employer

Keep Investments Simple Stupid, Inc. is not the employer, joint employer, or staffing agency of any platform worker.

8. Changes & Notices

Material changes to these Terms will be posted with 14 days advance notice.

9. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Los Angeles County, California.
